Dallas Cowboys witnessed their season take a difficult turn when Tyler Guyton, the lineman tasked with protecting Dak Prescott’s blindside during practice in Oxnard suffered a dramatic fall which sent shockwaves through their team. Micah Parsons offered his assistance off of the field before aiding Guyton as soon as they could. Initial diagnosis suggests a torn ACL injury with further tests scheduled in order to confirm its extent – leaving all members on edge until that final verdict arrives from an MRI report later.
Guyton had long been seen as an example of improvement and dedication since his rookie season was marked by penalties and sacks allowed, wherein stretching, diet changes, film study sessions with teammates like Tyron Smith as well as praise from Coach Prescott himself were his efforts at personal and professional growth. Prescott even took notice, placing high hopes upon Guyton for future seasons ahead.
On July 28th 2025 during a non-contact drill, Guyton suffered an unfortunate set of events which has sent shockwaves through both his team and fan base. Fear of serious knee damage looms large after such promising progress by Guyton since coming from Manor, Texas; with her unwavering belief in him leading him through college football to NFL play Gracie signed her name onto his body to honor their relationship; in facing this new test it’s certain this belief and determination will be put through their paces as never before!
