Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester United Eye €60m Midfield Talent

Premier League giants Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United are reportedly eager to secure Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White as their own. He has enjoyed an outstanding campaign this term; scoring five goals and providing six assists over 24 league appearances as a key member of Forest’s midfield.

Sources close to Nottingham Forest indicate that Gibbs-White has caught the interest of top clubs including Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City and Tottenham – however Nottingham Forest remain keen on keeping their star player and hope that negotiations for a new contract with him soon will take place.

The 25-year-old midfielder, however, could potentially be allowed to leave if a club comes forward with an offer around the €60m mark. This situation raises the question of whether these clubs should make their move for the highly rated Gibbs-White during the upcoming transfer window.

Gibbs-White’s versatility and performance have proven he has the capability to excel at a higher profile team. Nonetheless, given Forest’s successful season under Nuno Espirito Santo and their dreams of clinching a Champions League spot, it remains to be seen whether Gibbs-White would consider a move away.

Manchester United, in particular, seems to have a vested interest as they look to revitalize their midfield following a less than stellar season. Players like Christian Eriksen and Mason Mount have not lived up to expectations, making Gibbs-White an appealing target for the Red Devils.

Arsenal could see Gibbs-White as an invaluable addition, providing them with an effective alternative to Martin Odegaard who may lack pace at times. Meanwhile Liverpool might view Gibbs-White as an upgrade on Curtis Jones.

Gibbs-White will no doubt reveal more in the next few weeks regarding his future, with Nottingham Forest likely making every effort to secure Champions League football for him and keep hold of their prize asset.
