Victor Lindelof’s future at Manchester United remains uncertain, making the experienced defender an attractive target for AC Milan. Lindelof turns 30 this season and may leave Old Trafford when his contract concludes, with no renewal in sight.
Lindelof has been an indispensable member of Manchester United since being signed under Jose Mourinho, playing 266 times and contributing to their defense with four goals and seven assists. Yet recent signings and transfer rumors may lead them to part ways with Lindelof soon enough.
As Lindelof’s contract nears expiry, his availability as a free agent makes him attractive to various clubs – AC Milan being among them – who value Lindelof highly; AC Milan could make contact as soon as January as they will then be eligible to negotiate contracts with foreign clubs.
AC Milan isn’t limited to their interest in Lindelof. Reportedly, AC Milan are also eyeing Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior who has yet to establish himself under Mikel Arteta and are considering offering him on loan move – this move would benefit both Arsenal and Milan while giving Kiwior valuable experience and exposure outside North London. Besides AC Milan there has also been interest shown from many European clubs including Napoli Bologna Juventus Villarreal Marseille for this move.
